What am I missing - can't keep timing from getting pulled on the 1-2 (2007 TBSS)

Admittedly I'm not an expert on the 4L70 but I at least thought that removing all TM would keep the timing from getting pulled between shifts like it does on the 6L80.

I attached two different version of tunes that I tried and a scan showing when it happens (frame 403).

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Torque reduction still looks to be active for trans pattern X plus abuse mode tables look stock as well.

If this doesnt work you can take a look at spark/advance/spark limiters/Tq Mgt. This sets the floor for timing retard for TM on shift changes and you are getting a ~22deg pull on that frame.
