Logging on my stock 2010 Camaro and saw a field called Fuel Trim Cell. It varies in value from 1 to 8 to 15 and other numbers depending on load. What are these and how are they used??

It is which fuel trim cell it is using. Starting from #1 and going up. Fuel trims are used by the car to adjust the fueling in closed loop.

The fuel trims is the response to the O2 sensors report of the engin being too rich or too lean .
you have to paly with the Maf to get them in line .
