Trying to get a procharged regency rst truck with a built motor tuned in. Getting no power enrichment mode and tried zero'ing all the delays out and no go. anyone got any advice?

What tps % is the PE Enable at? (I am at work so I cannot pull your tune up right now.)

I've tried everything from 90 to 0 still won't go
