I think the last question he is asking what parts of the tune get changed back when he is done tuning the VE. To the OP are you going SD or going to run your MAF?

sd= dynamic set to 12,800rpm , maf fail high to 0 , dtc's p0101, 102, 103, set to fail on first error..
open loop does not use 02 sensors or trims
closed loop does use them..
