Working on a 2010 5.3, 6speed silverado with SC. During light throttle, when the motor shifts, the timing goes slightly retarded. But all available trq mngt is off. Furthermore, during tip in, it goes to -5. Tip in limiting is off. Any idea's?

Gray Ghost- The abomination. 2007 Chevrolet Silverado CCSB. 98mm turbo, nitrous, 428LSX, Rossler 80E with a brake. Finally finished. 23 psi, no numbers, Slow as hell.
PBM G8- Aluminum 364, twin Precision 67/66 turbos, 6L90 trans swap, CTS-V/Vaporworx fuel system, slowly making progress.
Dads 2011 CTS-V- Stock bottom end, stock heads, LS9 cam, pullies, ported blower, ported TB, D3 goodies, and lots of nitrous.
618/618 motor

Caterpillar 50 Forklift- Duramax swap
Here's the tune. I slowed the shift time, it was at 0, put it to .1 and it upshifts much better, smoother. Doesn't go to neg timing during shifts anymore, but it can go to neg under a decent tip in, even if not down shifting. When it does down shift, its somewhat violent. It first goes to -5, then grabs a gear, then gives timing back, between this, you can feel each action.
