Needing 12208322 with a 4L60e for a segment swap...

Just like the title says. I have an 01 2500HD silverado computer and it came from the factory with a 4L80e. Just needing someone with a 12208322 OS with a 4l60e so I can send it in to support for the swap. Can someone help me or let me know where to look. Do I have to have the file licenced before I send it in? Or can I just download one from the tune repository and send it?

The stock LQ4/4L60e file from my C3 in the repository. It uses that OS.
