Im just trying to get my car to hold 95% DC, it drops to like 75% AT LIKE 4-5k. I switched those tables over to GMS1, and tweaked a few things, so I hope that helps a lil. Should I raise the fuel pressure a bit, would that help hold it?
Read the thread that gmtech started. I posted info on the PID boost controller and IAB posted on how to get the WG to hold. No, fuel pressure will not help with the WG.

    Chris,
Is there anyway to include something in the cat warm up disable that stops the wg from fluctuating?
    Just curious, thanks.

Cam tables help that. GMTech's work well. I think he posted them, make the cold and warm tables the same.

I have my cam tables close to T2's tables. I set my limit to 300kpa and made the gain tables like GMTech's. I think Im goin to put my DAL table back to stock.

    This should help hold right?

Cat warmup disable works great. It is so refreshing to have a single switch work so well with this ECM. Most tuning aspects of this ECM are so complicated they require 10 tables to actually accomplish full control of any one thing.

I really like having stock DAL tables and using MALT to control them. The car is so much more drivable. Using them on the GMS1 base I make more boost than I did with insane DALs and the "base" tune anyways. In fact, I'm going to finally order some sensors because I now peg my MAP for nearly the whole pull.

would these allow me to force the bpv to stay open at light throttle to get rid of the funky surge the AEM intake causes at light throttle?

Don't think so, this will only work at wide open throttle when there is pressure in the ic pipes.

GMTech and IAB thanks for the words! Hold 100% BDDC all the way to 7k, running 21* timing no KR. However I do have about 3* KR between 4000-4500 rpm, but its not pulling timing. What could be causing this? I dont really want to lower the timing in that spot cuz I have it ramping up nice and smooth.

How much advance at 4k? Is that where your air load peaks?

If it's only showing on one cyl, (prob #4) it may not be real. Try colder plugs if you haven't. I can't remember your setup right now. Mine likes NGK 3787's @ .032", some don't though.

I log all 4 cyls KR separately and total retard.

I see the cyl #4 (only) KR often when at cruise conditions. I think one source is its picking up drivetrain noise when the load reverses.

Try backing it down a degree and see if it cures it, sometimes once it starts KR it grows.

But it doesnt grow, it only happens for like 1000rpms then stops, just randomly pops up to 3 then drops.

what could be is causing the continious overboost here? i have my dals set at 255 in the 100% column, pressure limit set to 265. 4th and 5th gear is set like that for the clutch slip boost spike i had.

Back off the DAL's or MALT until you get the level of boost you seek. Perhaps the wastegate rod was shortened in the past?
