    2006 Corvette Parked RPM Limit

Ok, i have serached and searched, cant find an answer.

I have a buddy who has a 06 C6 Corvette with Auto Trans. When he is parked he can only rev up to 4k then the computer seems to kick in and wont let him go any higher. He has installed electric dumps and wants to be able to rev up to like 6k with them open at times to show them off.

Is there an option i can change to move it from 4k to 6k or remove that limit completely?
