If your using 2.23.317, make an info log while connected to the truck and send it to support@hptuners If not, update your 2.23 and try again.

I havent done any late model programming. How do I go about retrieving the 2.23 version?

I just got the same thing. The truck isn't even broken in yet, so I'll wait for the official release.
