for the lnf motors am i wrong by saying this is a solenoid controlled high pressure system. i mean we change values in the ecu and it directly affects the hp output in the rail so this has to be solenoid controlled if adjustable by ecu?

IIRC, The solenoid (or actuator) controls the stroke of the positive displacement pump. It's been 3 years since I read up on it though. Iz old and forgets a bit.
