New PCM, car starts with Key but not remote.

Got a new PCM and my 09 V has the PASSKEY III with remote access and remote start

The car starts fine with control key but not the key fob remote start method.

The fobs work on every other feature.

The car recognizes the remote start command from the fob but it will not
initiate the starter. From what I have read , it would seem the PCM is not sending the Passkey III the proper communication of info and the sequence is voided.

I do see the check engine light come on for a second during the remote start command.

There are no DTC codes found (via HP tuners pro or SCT handheld) to be erased ever.

Does anyone know of a relearn or programming process to fix this?

I am weary to try a relearn unless someone tells me that is the process cause the car starts fine with key and I do not want to create a no-start situation with the vehicle.

I was planning to call GM Monday and have the dealership program it.

    Any ideas? Thanks in Advance
