Table/Cell notes and locking

I would find it very use full to have a feature to place a soft lock on individual cells possible with the option of adding a note to that cell.

This would be use full for tuning the spark tables and VE. Currently I have to keep a spread sheet with a copy of my spark table that has X's for the cells that I have maxed the spark on and do not want to add any more timing.

I believe it could be accomplished with a small data base file that has the fields.

When the option is turned on HPT will reference the table and mark cells with a * or / if locked. After an initial version is set up the HPT tune file could have an extra few bits added that only the editor would see this will give the file a unique ID number such as 1234853.XXX the xxx being revision number in hex. This way the ID will follow the file when it the name is changed making it easier to do a look up in the database.

I've often thought locking cells would be nice, especially when smoothing a table with some cells I know are dead on already.
