    psi vs lb/min

should i be tuning for one or the other or both? is lb/min a direct result of psi? i thought i saw somewhere that after a 24-25psi that the lb/min doesnt increase which is why i ask. if i wanted to run 24psi should i tune around that or should i not be too focused on psi and pay more attention to max lb/min?

about to start tuning and wondering where i should start. thanks for any input you have.
