It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I don't think subscribing will help since all I do is update the original post, I don't believe editing the initial post nets you an email.

Similar concept but slightly different. The following is what I do:

Engine - Torque management - General - ETC Limits
ETC TPS Max = set ALL to 100

Engine - Torque management - General - Spark Retard
vs. Torque Reduction = set ALL to 0

Transmission - Torque management - Abuse Mode
Torque Reduction = set ALL to 0
Reduction Duration = set ALL to 0

Transmission - Torque management - Torque Reduction
Normal = set ALL to 0
Performance = set ALL to 0
Downshift = set ALL to 0

On the 2Bar I see nothing addressing the VE. Doing anything with the VE offset? Idle, etc?

^ I should have a stock 2004 Colorado 2800 L4 tune downloaded some time soon. I can't believe everything I am reading about how my BAD truck is choked back. 0_o Un..real.. I can't wait to order VCM Suite and get to tinkering. This truck needs help bad, and it's a dog on the highway.

I'll throw this in here as well. Most will already know about this, but I just found out about it.

~2004 Chevy/GMC Colorado's and Canyons may need a GM PCM reflash. I'm going to get this done ASAP before I start thinkering with the tuning.

I just winged this, and got all but TPS ETC limits. I also set the Spark Retard vs Reduction all to Zero.

And do we have an EGR on the 2.8L Colorados?? I was looking for it but couldn't find it. Was also wondering if disabling the EGR would set a COT enrichment.

This may seem obvious, but I wanted to verify this before I make any changes; on your 2-3bar spreadsheet I assume you just fill in the stock low and high octane tables and it calculates the rest. However the 2-bar tables go to 200 when stock is only 100, so do we just ignore that and copy and paste anyway? I have a guy who added a turbo to a stock 04 Cavalier and 1-bar just isn't going to hack it.

    Can this be followed on a '03 S-10 4.3L?

This isn't gonna tear up the engine, is it?

Bill is it possibly to get the lnf guide thread as a sticky. It has so many threads linked into it so people don't have to search as much.
I also keep it up to date as people discover and make requests
