Problem with WB setup

So based on the info I found at this post

I was trying to config my HPT VCM scanner

When ever I try to enter this data I get a window pop up that says Not Available.

If I enter whole numbers such as .5 and 10 it accepts with no issues. Anyone have any ideas?

I just bought the FAST Dual sensor WB and am trying to get this car tuned.

My VCM is version 2.22.3152.18236
Config is Default Imperial.cfg GM Firebird/Camaro (V8) 1999
OS is Windows XP with the latest SP and updates.

Let me know if I can give any more info.
