I just bought a new HP Tuners pro tuning kit and can't get it work. I have software 2.23 beta and the key does not work and needs to be entered every time I open the scanner. Is there an easy fix for this? thanks in advance

William sent me the 2.23 beta software but same issue. Application key invalid. I already have the 2.23 beta cd that came in the box. I need a new application key that will work with my serial 1100252080
