    Impala 3.6L

Does HPTuners support the 2012 Impala with the 3.6L engine and 6-speed tranny? I hope so, just bought one.

Theres a good chance we already support the operating system as it looks like multiple applications use the same 12648907 os id for the 2012 E39 including Impala, Traverse, Acadia, Camaro, etc. If you know of someone local that already has hptuners have them try reading the pcm. If it uses that same os id we support it, if not we'd need a read from the pcm to add support.

Just an FYI I just went through and noticed the rental I had at our yearly meeting was a 2012 Chevy Impala 3.6 and thats the os id it had and we just recently added support for it(what I'm saying is there a good chance we already support it)
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

impalamark- did you ever try this? Any luck?

I just bought a 2012 Impala and want to give it a shot with my HPT. Anyone else ever tuned or tried to tune a 2012 Impala with HPT?

Pretty sure you won't run into an issue or error.

    Hey Bill,

I just tried to access a 2012 Impala 3.6 and it failed with message:
"Security Access Denied - Exceeded Number of Attempts"

    OS: 12648907
    TCM OS: 24261871

Please let me know if there's anything we can do to gain access to this.

    Thanks
