what are you IAT's and ECT? i'm not too familiar with the program yet, but if there are compensation parameters you'll need to tone those down. Example: 130* intake air temp = retard timing by 5*

I'm seeing the burst knock as well. Your WOT VE/MAF needs some work. You shouldn't have to change the PE to get the AFR you want. Commanded and WB AFR should overlay each other. Add more to the VE/MAF and change the PE to what your target AFR is.
