    post a clear pic of the service sticker on the pcm, I have a feeling its a bosch(which isn't supported) but just want to confirm.

    2011 9-3 4 cylinder would be using Trionic 8 (no go with VCM Suite, use google).
    9-3 Griffin(MY2012 but released in 2011) is the only one with 4 cylinder engine that uses E39 (same as NG9-5).
