3 bar map sensor possible offset issue

0611d27 is the only thing close to a part number I can find on the map sensor. Currently I have 305 and 10.33 in the tune. But while searching for the exact sensor I have, I came across the site I bought the sensor from and it showed 40 kpa at .39v - 305 at 5.1v How would you calculate the offset from this data?

If it helps key off it is at 95 kpa at 1200 feet above sea level. So I am thinking the offset needs to be adjusted. I would assume it would be closer to 105.

1200ft above sea level will not see 105kPa barometric pressure.

Post the data sheet you found. Need to know the reference voltage that those numbers are based on.

I know on the other cars I have tuned the factory map would see around 14.5 absolute.

Hmm. It doesn't list what voltages the min and max occur at. I guess you could assume they happen at 0 and 5.1, but I don't know if that's where it's measured from.

I was thinking maybe the .36 and 5.1 volts. 40 and 305. So just doing basic algebra I came up with 299 at 5.0 volts. So I was wondering if I should input that instead of 305 kpa. Offset I am still not sure of. I am thinking I should be in the 14.2-14.4 psi absolute range normally. So it is off just a few kpa at 94.9 kpa. Not sure if it is worth even changing or just rolling with it.

5kPa loss at 1200ft doesn't seem far off. It should be sitting around 96.5kPa at 1200ft. You don't need to calculate. Just adjust until you achieve what you want
