    Latest software invalid?? Please help!

    I downloaded the latest vcm suite version from the current build link, but when trying to open a downloaded tune file from the repository for a mustang 2011+, it says that i need up update my software. I also tried to read a 2013 f150 and cannot get past the ignition cycle. Keeps giving me a timed out fault.

    What am I doing wrong??

    It seems I need the latest 2.25 version but that is not available to me. I just emailed support about this.
