Invoice Request?

I have been emailing sales and support trying to get invoices for my credit purchases, but no one has responded. I thought maybe this would get a response. The accountant at the shop is trying to square up the books.....

generally the paypal receipt is your invoice, I think sales can email you something more formal but support really doesn't have access or the means to do so.

it was paid with a credit card on the website. there is no invoice page after you place the order. i have emailed sales more than once with no reply.
