Unable to Write Entire after changing to 2 Bar Map

I feel silly for even asking, but I have looked & searched without much luck.

I am trying to do a "Write Entire" as instructed after I switched to a 2 Bar Map. It says that the 2 Bar Map has been applied, but is unlicensed. When I got to do the "Write Entire", I get the "Attention" window that says I am not licensed to do so. It shows the 2 credits that I have left, but I am unable to select them in order to proceed with the flash. The "Do Not License" is selected, but nothing else is highlighted to select.

Do I need to purchase additional credits in order to complete this action? I used 6 during the initial licensing, and am unsure how to proceed.
