I tried reading out my 2011 silverado ECM and TCM to take a look at possibly tuning it. I keep getting an error saying "Security Access Denied- Invalid Security Code". this is my first time reading this set of computers.
What does this mean?

Likely either corrupt NVRAM or the pcm has been tunerlocked by the previous tuner.
