A few questions for the pros!

I read somewhere it would be beneficial to change my 99 OS to a 2001+ OS. Why is that? Also, I've been trying to tune my VE using the STFT's and whenenver I paste ADD into the table and rewrite, when I got log again, the cells do not get any closer to 0. They stay around 8-12. What could be causing that?

The 2001 OS provides expanded PID set, expanded idle tuning parameters and a Primary VE IIRC over the 99. As far as error correction, the error is in % so you would multiply. Are you comfortable with the tuning process and file updates to accomplish?
