I haven't gotten around to finding the rattle but I wanted to show the tools I had to use to clock the sensors:
It was relatively easy once I had the proper length tools for the job. Dip stick and tube have to go. THen you can use the socket wrench with 7" of extensions to get the front sensor bolt. The rear bolt needed to be accesses from the channel under the intake manifold. Basically get to the rear from teh front. This will be done mainly by feel. I had to make a 3.5" cheater bar to go over the wrench when removing the rear bolt.
