    asking for credits agaim???

Used 4 credits on 2 different trucks now when I pull up the credited tunes it asks to credit it again. I don't know what happened but I need this fixed soon. Should I try reinstalling or will I permanently lose those credit?

Try plugging the MVPI into the computer and then open the file again and see if it asked you to use more credits.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I did a fresh reboot before installing a few weeks ago. No junk on the computer.

I can plug it in my truck and can't even read the tune.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm sorry for all the repetitive emails but it all of a sudden started working. I was on vista before I bought a new computer. I did scan an 07 expedition just to hook it up to a Ford but I think the old computer was the problem. For some reason the mpvi was saying 0 credits. Reinstalling didn't work. Reboot and reinstall didn't work. I was able to look at my tune but it wanted a license. Bought a brand new computer and it works my credits are back. I hope there aren't any problems in the future. Transmission tuning software is awesome by the way.
