TqMgmt retard at high RPM... not the usual driver demand situation...

I've seen this on quite a few vehicles now, ranging from bone stock 5.3's to C7Z06's. And I have yet to figure it out. No matter what I set the peak torque, driver demand, etc (pretty much have tried everything) tables to, I still get a little blip of torque management retard that comes and goes away at the same RPM every dyno pull (varies from vehicle to vehicle, but on this particular one it's at 5200). It causes a slight dip in the curve. Have tried scratching my head on it for quite some time, curious if anyone else has seen the same thing. Attached scan log and config.
