Dsteck could you be awesome and do your thing for GM#12609749. I need it for an 06 GTO. If you have the time I also could use it for a 2002 firebird. I trust your conversions on this more than my own. Thanks.

My biggest problem is that I'm having trouble finding the correct base data to use for calculating. If someone could verify for me that the data I'm using is the correct data I'd appreciate it 1326469394.hpt. I was told they are 54ish LB/hr but all the data I'm finding puts my own calculations as 49.9510975217954 LB/HR @ 58psi with no KPA correction. Thats as far as I've gotten at this point. I've got a pool party to go to so I'll be back later to try and muscle through the KPA corrections, the offsets, and the short pulse adders.
I have 3 distinct sets of data that I'm coming up with. The flow rate is calculated from pressure change in the 59.2 PSI/408 KPA cell, the Poly flow is the from a 6th order poly fit, and the flow rate 2 is from pressure change in the 56.3 PSI/388 KPA cell. All are corrected to a 58PSI/400 KPA base pressure and for Manifold Vac.
This is obviously just a sample to show the differences. It's the higher KPA areas I'm most "concerned" with as they are the startup/idle/low rpm driveability areas. Is this too small of a difference to really matter? I try to be as precise as I can with things so I have to make fewer compensations later. Anyone have any input?
Manifold Vac 0 40 80 Flow Rate 49.9479450803468 52.3858467481845 54.7152324430702 Poly flow 49.9681581278773 52.3563963285721 54.5956321042661 Flow Rate 2 49.9127399230347 52.3489232676943 54.6766671254695
I have learned a ton over the last 4 days and I owe it to Dave Steck. Between the information I found on this website, google, and the couple little hints that Dave gave me through PM, I now have the knowledge and understanding necessary to convert injector information amongst the different generations of PCM. I can also apply these same techniques to other areas like filling in empty spots in a VE or MAF table. I'm sure there are other scenarios that I haven't thought of yet as well. It was absolutely a case of "Feed a man a fish vs Teach a man to fish." The information is out there already. It just has to be looked for. Thanks again Dave
Anyway here is the file. It's a 2006 GTO E40 file with the injectors set up for GM#12609749. Applications found HERE

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for posting this info! I picked up some of these 54lb/hr 6.2l flex fuel injectors (12609749). What is the difference between the two? GM#12609749 & GM# 12613412. The flow rate vs kpa tables are the same.
