    Licensing After A Format

If my computer crashes and I lose everything (have to format and completely erase the computer) Do I have to buy new credits or am I still licensed for that car?

if your using the usb hardware the licenses are stored within the hardware itself...if your using the serial stuff the licenses are stored in the software that you can download off of your customer login page so either way your covered.

As a point I have all of my downloads burned on a CD and the safe at my house. I also store my stock tunes this way.. if something did happen, you would always have them.

You won't lose your licenses, you'll just have to resync your software and hardware, thats all.

Its the same process you need to do when you first install the software. It gives you instructions on how to sync the software and hardware.
