I've seen an older hp tuner on ebay a few times and was wondering about the version 1.0. does it have its own editing software and its own scanning software, and what vehicles can it be used to interface with?
are there any advantages/disadvantages to this older system?
no advantages other than it could save to bin
disadvantages are its no longer supported so you cannot purchase licenses for them.
I'd stay far away unless you need to read as straight binary for some reason.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
