Rich > lean above idle ??

Little story on the combo. Engine, harness, and ecm was in a 00 WS6 M6.

Grabbed a 99TA roller and went to larger cam with a TCI 6 spd. W stall. Same engine, ecm and harness.

Edited tune a little to add % to PE table cause of cam.

Then noticed that O2 sensors were not oscillating Hi > Low. Changed sensors this AM and they toggle fine now.

Idles fine, though above Idle, the Rich > Lean Oscillation is not fast enough as RPM increase > decrease and I can see the fuel trims go Up > Down, etc.

In the log, O2's , Map etc seem ok.

Any ideas ?

Not Idle air as drove with IAC unplugged. Above 1500 rpm, seems fine. Just above idle to 1500 ish it has a slow lean > rich transition No codes stored.
