05 dodge magnum security lock out headache

I have at my shop a 05 dodge magnum that has a massive sound system. I am getting so much RF frequency it keep putting the car in security lock out. the weirdest thing is that when it is cold out side like below 50 F it start and works fine anything over that and it has a mind of it own. he has had it at the dealer and they replaced all of the security system, the skim module new keys, new PCM and all sorts of stuff and it would work for a month or two and then start doing the same thing. I pulled the IP fuse and disabled the power to sound system and still getting the same thing need to be able to turn off the security system. any one have any ideas or we able to turn it off.

Need to also be sure of any aftermarket devices on the bus like iPod adapters or stereo ad-ons that might be causing extra bus chatter. They don't like to stay quiet when the read/write routines are initiated.

Lots of aftermarket devices in the car it has a screen dvd/cd player in dash with a EQ to the left of the steering column with multiple RCA cables running to the rear with a large box with 4-12' , 4-6"x9" and 4 amps where the spare tire goes. so extra bus chatter is a yes. I have powered everything down by disconnecting it all and still does it. what to know if HPT has the skim disable working or not or if some one knows how to disable it or by pass it. the codes i am getting is invalid skim key and it has new keys, skim module, and more just cant think of it right know I do know that pretty much all of it has been replace.
