Did an auto FG yesterday and it went 500hp with cooler, injectors, muffler and cat delete and BA turbo at an AFR of 11.9:1 at 16psi 500hpFG 11.09.15.jpg
If anybody wants to share.... what sort of timing are you ending up with? Mine is around 11 degrees at 15 psi with big intercooler and exhaust, stock ba turbo, fg manifolds.
Road tuning without being able to log kr is pretty rough. Lately I've had headphones connected to the stock sensor and that seems to work pretty well.
How do you guys effectively log knock if your have livelink and hpt? Do you just log the spark adder to see when it is pulling timing? Any details on hooking headphones up to the stock sensors?

All good. I was only interested in seeing where different cars/part combos were ending up timing wise
Each and every car is different, vastly different hence dialing in timing with accurate dectection is always needed

279rwkw at 12 psi closed loop and 12.0 afr, blew it into the 280 zone to see where things were and injectors ran out obviously so brought it to it's last happy place
all in all it made better power than i expected as it was 34 degrees in the dyno room and the graph is from the third back to back like always and some may notice how the afr and boost show when it's getting unsettled

US sucks ass haha, all we get is a mustang, camaro, chevy ss and other euro cars. You guys get holdens, falcons and other sweet stuff. I don't get why they don't bring them over here, people would buy these things like hot cakes.
I never knew ford made a straight 6 turbo either, had to search that.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

Tuning my 2014 G6E Turbo. Been a while since I tuned a vehicle, but it's like riding a bike, you never forget...
Bugger me the amount of duty cycle I've pulled out of the wastegate values to command 12psi boost after I installed the KPM intake and process west intercooler.....almost a 1/3 lower than the values I used to see in the BA/BF's.
There's still a raft of boost tables missing in HPT which are present in Sniper. Eric.....
Why are you shocked a small turbo needs less D/C ?

Not shocked, just surprised how much less dc is required after replacing the factory FMIC and intake.
the BA/BFs have a bigger turbo that is why the gains are so different.
The factory junk is so restrictive is my point.
