Can't shut off diagnostics

Hey guys, I am trying to tune a engine swap. I have everything working now except, my transmission is going into limp mode. I am running a 2010 silverado engine and trans. I have 2 codes setting. Both lost communication codes U0121 and U0140. Lost communication with the ABS and BCM. I have both diagnostics set to no error reported. I can't figure out why those codes are still setting??? I am running Beta 2.25 but I can't believe that could be the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well to add another question. When you go to the DTC list and go to 3 (no error reporting) does that turn off that diagnostic in both the TCM and the ECM at the same time?

Those codes are coming from your trans controller. That's a separate DTC list under trans diagnostics.

Ok I just rechecked and I am not given a DTC list to disable codes in the trans diagnostic tab. I just tried to figure out how to take a screen shot and i can't get my stupid laptop to do it.. ARGH
