its a 2005 Silverado with a 5.3 and a on3 single turbo setup ...I really don't know what would be best but I would like the boost enrichment table and only run speed density and rtt if possible ?

Also having this issue. 2004 Tahoe that was SD 3bar OS. Where can we upload the file?

If you have a file that's already been enhanced, you cannot switch the OS. You can't "un" enhance an OS, nor can you switch it to another enhancement.

The OS tab is different now.

Go here to check out what OS you have and if it's already upgraded. If there isn't an option to upgrade in the OS tab then there either ISN'T an upgrade for that ECM/OS or it's already applied.

mine is doing the same! I went to a 1 bar os on a ls1 now it does not show up at all even on old tunes

Your answer is two posts above you. You have to start with a non-upgraded file to see what's available and apply an OS.
