2.24 2 bar os on 3.0 not working?

Trying to diagnose a no-start issue on a vehicle that used to start up fine.

It's a 99-02 pickup, cam/turbo 5.3. I originally read the truck with 2.24 and applied the 2-bar os with RTT to get it running. Now im starting on it again and using 3.0. The truck fires fine then just dies, like when you incorrectly have MAF dtc's set and it won't run. When I click the OS tab, the box is just blank and I obviously don't have the RTT box in the editor since 3.0 doesn't support it.

I'm wondering if I'm either missing something stupid, or do I need to take the original stock file and reapply the 2 bar OS with the 3.0 editor?

ok i tried starting over and that didn't work. Here's my current file, any ideas? the truck fires up then just dies like the key was turned off.

i noticed when i disconnected my cable from the OBD2 port, and forgot to reconnect it, the truck started and ran like it used to. it seems like disconnecting the laptop and reconnecting it helped....?
