I've been through all the old threads about this type of histo used for VE tuning, but I am not clear on something. A lot of the posts are dated as far back as 2006, so I have to assume the version of HPT has changed since then. Along with the supplied histograms...

I want to retune VE. I know what I need to do to disable my fuel trims and the other parameters that can skew data. I know how to disable the MAF. I have the SD tune ready. I know what to log.

Version 2.24 comes by default with a histo called VE - AFR ERROR. I've read mention of people (such as EC Tune and many other people who know a thing or two) adding a filter string to the histo to filter out anything below or above stoich.

Like [SENS.121] <14.7 or >14.5

I dont see a filter on the default histogram, and I dont know if using it without the filter will skew my data.

Do I need to add a filter to this histogram?
