This vehicle is exhibiting shifting concerns. While performing routine diagnostics I find that I cannot control the shift solenoids like normal with any Scan tool (Tech 2, Snap-On Solus Ultra, VCM Scanner). While I can view all the pertinent data, I cannot perform bi-directional controls. Testing with voltmeter reveals that the controller is performing the shift solenoid states as indicated on the scanner. My concern is with the functionality lost for bi-directional control.

This vehicle has had an LS3 installed and tuned accordingly with Lingenfelter CKP adapter and MAP offset corrected. Until now has driven flawlessly.

Has anybody run into a loss of bi-directional control (A/T) after tuning one of these?
