Sounds good, thanks for your quick response. Really hoping we can get him squared away this evening, but if not, no biggie.

Also, is the Allison A50 TCM something being considered for support? I have a 2013 Duramax to do in the morning and the customer would like to get his transmission done sometime in the future if possible.

All of a sudden my Lenovo and Surface won't open parameters or add channels

Not sure when it happened but I am sure as of last week all was working ok. Tried going back to 97 and 303 with no luck. My Pavillion Desk top (all in one) is working fine...just can't get it to the car to test the new serial WB beta :-(

    Anyone else having issues?

I was able to pull the file using the TC-1791 protocol without issue - Just shot the file over to you guys for definition updates. Thanks again for your support! My customer is dying to get his tune down now

When flashing the ecm & tcm, after the tcm completes it says "cycle the ignition". Does this mean start the engine? Or cycle the switch?

    Thanks

You are quoting me out of context dude.

That post was in regards to a maf table the guy thought was missing several pages back...has nothing to do with RTT, scanner features, etc. It had to do with the table the guy was referring to.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I know there's no ETA on this, but is it at least being worked on? I'm about to lose an important customer over this because we are both completely in the dark.

Have you tried reading it? That would be a good first step.

Yeah I read and sent the file in a little over a week ago, ticket #36727. Haven't received any responses to my emails yet other than the initial reponse saying that the file was passed up to an engineer

    Thanks for your quick response
