    dyno day questions

i get three pulls and can tune myself. these are 240 guys so i don't know how much they know about my stuff. so any way what should i try, change, and mess with during these runs.

i'm guessing first run will just be to let me know what a/f i'm getting and power curves and such to know where i need to change timming to, and change pe for fueling. so what else gimmie some ideas please its a dyno day so i don't know how long i will have to make changes or what not.

its hard to dial in a car with 3 runs, first you need to get the fueling in line and then you can mess with timing to see what really makes more power. If the AFR is around 13.0 I would leave it and just play with timing.

I would use the dyno pulls to play with spark...and to see what your torque curve and hp curve look like...
you can then add or take away timing to make more power...
its not gonna be flat amounts across the board
..its gonna be like buliding to 28* before peak torque then at peak torque you are gonna want a dip a few degrees and about 1000rpm wide total(nice bump shape) and then back up to your 28 ish again through peak hp..an some cams liek a little tail off at teh top end as well

it might not be 28* either..I just used it for an example

A/F you shold do witha wideband on th esreet..
if you get 13.0 A/F on teh dyno..its gonna be more like 14.0 on the street..and thats not good...
so dont worry about your A/F on teh dyno...just be sure to get your A/F correct for the street when you are done playing with spark
