Would I be correct in saying that the vve table should be tuned first, then the maf?
If so, please post a link(s) to failing the maf. Confused by tons of gen3 stuff, where tables don't seem to be the same

Engine Diagnostics> Airflow > Mass Airflow Sensor > MAF Frequency Fail High set to 0.
you will also need to set your maf codes 101.102.103 fail on first error as it will still be connected and use the IAT sensor.
also dynamic enable and disable rpm raise those.

Just fail high. P0101, 0102 and 0103 MIL on first error.
Engine> Airflow > Dynamic > Dynamic Airflow > High RPM Disable to 200 will force engine to run on MAF above that.
Load and run.
