I have a customer of mine he had a edge on his truck. He wanted it removed and a stock file installed. The screen was broke on the edge. Could not return it to stock. I read the truck with hptuners. I got a message I will be provided a stock base operating system file to start from. I thought this is great. I will just be able to load this file in and he can run stock. He paid for the credits 100.00. I loaded it in. The truck now will not run max about 30mph and smokes while you try to drive it and acts if the turbo is not working.
Can anyone tell me if its the file that's doing this. He just drove the truck 800 miles 2 days before it and had no complaints about it running.
