Custom PID
Forum search surprisingly did not provide much regarding the ability to create custom PID values within TrackAddict.
Interested in polling Oil Pressure value from a 2014 Viper and that data is not provided through the ODB2 protocol, however know it exist in the CANBUS. Someone indicated it location to be: ID 415, offset =1, double byte number. Assuming trackaddict provided the feature, I'm not certain if it's possible to accomplish using an ODB2 adapter like KIWI3.

At the present time, there is not a way for users to add custom PIDs in this app, but if we were to add that in the future, these ELM327-based devices would most likely need the traditional OBD-II Mode & PID style (Example: Mode 22, PID: 1234). What you've described sounds like it may be a CAN broadcast parameter, which unfortunately aren't as accessible with traditional ELM327 devices. I am hoping to see some better hardware options for this in the future, though...

Was afraid of that and have started looking at alternative HW platforms that support it. Unfortunately comes at a steep entry cost, but may just bite the bullet.

Potential Tuner
Have custom PID's been added as an option?

No, not using an elm327 device. If you use a MPVI2/3, you can at least use what's normally available in VCM scanner, which includes a lot more of the mode 22 PIDs.

Advanced Tuner
Would be good if there was the option to request PIDs, the basic, brake and steering angle would add a lot of value if added.

It would seem that development for both this and RaceChrono has stopped since Weston left HPT presumably.
