    RPM Limit problem

    hello every one

    i have problem with my pro-charged hemi 5.7

    some thing like limit when wot @5800 rpm

    maybe injector limit or airflow

    take look

    P1SC1 MAIN TUNING.hpt

    inj eror `2.hpl

    i will test again after raise 10% injector offset table

    log throttle torque source to see if will show what limit you are hitting.

    not a throttle problem when log throttle torque

    not sure but the injectors lean out from 11.7 afr to 17.00@5800 rpm and only 59% injectors duty

    cant post a log now

    I am not able to look at your log right now, but just out of curiosity, what year is this vehicle?

    2006 and 6.1 cam on it

    after a lot of wot and logs .. have new code p0103 ( MAF high input ) ??

    Not sure if you got this sorted, but check the TCM RPM limit. It might not be an issue on the older 5.7's, but the newer ones have a 5800 rpm limit.

    This is most likely his problem. Trans is closing the TB at 5800

    Set max throttle to 3.7x v like hallcat and when throttle reach above 3.7x v the engine limit the rpm to under tcm limit . . .

    Back to stock 4v and now my rpm reach 6600 rpm with no problem . . .

    The 85mm throttle its 3.81 v
    Stock throttle its 3.80 v

    Any one have above 3.80 v max throttle ??

    I believe its safe to go over, but not under. I set mine to 5.0V once on the dyno chasing another issue, had zero effect.
