    Set it on fire?

How can we even help if we can't even see the tune you have and the fact that we known nothing about what is done to this vehicle.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Sorry, noob at this. i can't get to the file at the moment. I basically have CAI(volant) and a cat back system. I'm not sure if or what can be causing the o2 sensor voltage to go off. I went back to stock tune and the code is gone.

    you have two option:

1- ask the tuner to disable the MIL for this code if you are happy to run with the bad o2 sensor.
2- Replace the o2 sensor. The most common reason for this code is a bad sensor, but it could be because exhaust leak and misfire.

A couple of things, if it doesn't set with the factory tune, then it is likely not the o2, unless it is on the edge, but I would lean towards a fueling issue within the tune.
I would log the truck, and see what the fuel trims are doing, as well as o2 voltages. If its reading 0mv or close to it all times, and only on the one side, then yes its likely a bad o2. But seeing how it only does it with the performance tune, its likely either a corrupt file, or something not correct in the tune.

I've also seen them constantly read right at 450mv before when there was a wiring issue. Not sure why 450mv instead of 0mv, but something to look out for anyways.

yes, when unplugged they typically read 450 mv, that is the bias voltage.

I did a log but the rpm wasn't on there. Can you still see it without that? Other wise, I will redo my log with the Rpm sae.

A good way to check for a corrupt tune file is to watch the O2's on start up... They should both start switching and keep switching - if one dies out to 0mv and then fuel trims go identical bank to bank where it defaults to one banks O2 readings, then it's most likely corrupted... Chased my tail for electrical issues for awhile on one until I just reflashed with tis and everything went back to working correctly...
