Get another E67 with the same service number. Such out the cal you want to replicate with efilive or hp tuners. license new ecu, and load cal into the second ecu. Steve
Worst case you'll need to flash it via GM SPS using a Tech II, Drewtech Mongoose, or similar J2534 device. The cal-flash your stuff over using HPT.

Thanks guys , I have a e67 from a 07 solstice and one from a 06 ion with the same service number . I did a compare and copy all difference's and the new ecm is not correct it idles high . Any clue what I'm missing ? I noticed one ecm has cold start screen and the other does not ..... thanks for any help !
