    speed density with 4l80

Swapped a 2003 LQ4 drive by cable into my 68 cutlass and I am running it in speed density mode. It is hard shifing and I cant find out where to disable the max line pressure caused by the MAF no longer being there. Can someone fill me in on what I need to do? The motor and transmission are both stock.

Did you fail the MAF correctly in the tune?

    Post the tune.

Hopefully you are running a seperate IAT sensor too because the MAF is what the IAT was built in to.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

If the MAF fail max pressure switch isn't there then that OS doesn't go to MAX pressure when MAF is failed. Something else is causing the hard shifts

Yes, I wired in a new IAT since i lost the original when i got rid of the MAF. I will check for something else that could be causing the hard shifts. I finally have the car registered so i can get it out of the neighborhood and to some higher speeds. I will try to post the tune later when i am on my lap top.
