2017 camaro A8 goes closed loop betwwen WOT shifts

as the title says
is this a normal on the E92 world?
while rpm drops between shifts scanner shows STFT 18% for a second then goes to OL accel
car has AFE intake and CAT delete
I know I have to post a file and a scan but my laptop ran out of battery and the charger is somewhere else
