    lnf 3.7 knock

    Hello

What does 3.7KR mean on a 2007 LNF ecu.
This looks like a default value of some sort.

I have seen it on multiple 07 kappas where they even show 3.7KR on a bone stock car.
Its always one cylinder and through the entire rpm range regardless of load.

Another odd thing is that it will knock 3.7 degrees but not pull timing.

is this some sort of default value when something is wrong?

if it shows kr but doesnt pull timing then its most likely a knock sensor test.
if it occurs through out the drive recording then its mos likely real. you can test by adding some e85 or race gas to the tank and recording the results.

did you neutralize all of the ignition modifiers? if not you also have to take those into account to know what the true advance value is supposed to be.
